Warranty Overview

VIVID HEAT offers a 2-year limited warranty agains manufactured defects. VIVID HEAT will replace any product that has proven to be defective in workmanship or material. The buyer must have proof of purchase and purchase date by the original end user of the product. The warranty is not transferrable to any new owner. Proof of purchase must be  from either VIVID HEAT, an authorized retailer or an authorized distributor. VIVID HEAT must have an opportunity to inspect and verify the alleged defect. This may include video, photographic or an on site visit to inspect the product in question. If the unit is confirmed defective due and will not be repaired, VIVID will replace the unit. All labor associated with new or previous installation will be the responsibility of the end use. VIVID HEAT is not responsible for any damage or defect resulting from misuse, alteration, abuse or addition of non recommended upgrades / products. The use of wood or any other fuel other than the specific fuel the product was designed to accept will void all warranty. The change or replacement of any component to a component from an outside non-recommended manufacturer will void all warranty. VIVID HEAT & ONE STOP OUTDOOR LLC are not liable or responsible for any damage, injury, loss of life, loss of property that arise from use of this product.

VIVID HEAT reserves the right to refuse any return request. Return requests are approved for any unused item within 30 days of the original purchase in most normal cases. The original shipping and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of a "change of mind" or customer error original shipping will not be refunded and the buyer will be liable to ship the product back at their cost in order to receive a refund on the product portion of the order. If the product is damaged or shipped in error of the shipper (VIVID heat) VIVID heat will in some cases cover the new shipping charge. Please contact customer service with any questions.
